Privacy Policy

The full privacy policy — covering data collection, donor records, FTC Click-to-Cancel disclosures, and Florida Statute Ch. 496 compliance — is publishing Q1 2027 with counsel review.

Standing commitments (binding pre-policy):

We do not sell email lists. We do not share donor records with third parties beyond what tax law and FDACS reporting require. We do not use chatbots or automated reply systems. We do not retain payment information on our servers (handled by Stripe per PCI compliance).
